My apologies, I took a vacation from being a vigilante. Sometimes it gets very boring. But none the less I have heard another horror story in the fair city of Philadelphia of these con artists and after hearing that Alycia Kaback gives thirty minute speeches about me to her new employees, I figured that it was time to awaken from my slumber.

So what is going on with IT Factor, the usual schemes and their retarded war against Yelp. You know, one of the few places where they can't censor criticism against them as hard as they try, and here of course. My next blog article will be about this lovely man whom Alycia is closely partnered with.

So happy belated fucking New Years, I'm back. and it looks like IT Factor has gone even more batshit trying to defend their tarnished reputations.

Here we have Melissa Jester (You had your chance kid.) Who might not even be a real person, but if she is here is her information in case you want to hire her after IT factor is shut down by the Federales (Its Spanish for the police num-nuts.)

As many of my readers have probably figured out. I am not the first who has taken it upon themselves to expose these people. There are many other articles and even blogs that other people have set up or wrote to expose Alycia and Michael for their crimes. In order to combat criticism and the facts. Alycia and Michael's defensive strategy is to set up countless disinformation sites, the most prominent of these disinformation sites is Alyciakabackscam.com. I wasn't going to bother doing a blog post about how much they bullshit on this site. But since they have been giving me all of this attention (I feel loved!) I'm going to tear this site apart for your entertainment as well as my own. Lets get started!

As you may have followed, The It Factor Productions and its employees have been subject to cyber bullying for the past couple of weeks.

As cyber stalkers don’t get the attention they’re looking for, they become more desperate and more aggressive for attention. As always, if it ever escalates to this level, police should be contacted.

Oh you are giving me plenty of attention alright! Go ahead, contact the police! Oh, thats right! You're not going to. As there is plenty of evidence on my page that not only implicates you in criminal action, But also showcases YOU committing the act of "cyber bullying" and even "cyber terroism" with your impostor account of Joshua Dudley.

Additional Fake Accounts on Yelp

As you may have read here, The Masked Vigilante’s Yelp account was flagged and removed for being a fake account that posted harassing reviews that redirected to a hate site. The Masked Vigilante strikes again, only this time, as a number of fake dog accounts.

You don't like doggies? That's a damn shame because I like doggies. No worries we'll keep playing with more doggies on yelp.

As you can see, the business owner of the page responded cordially to the situation, yet informative to the situation. Unfortunately, her responses lead to The Masked Vigilante to contact her personally.

Threatening Emails to More Employees

The Masked Vigilante took it to another level, by not only creating more fake accounts, but by contacting another employee, but this time, more aggressive than in the past.

Clearly, The Masked Vigilante is misguided and uninformed about The It Factor Productions, which has created thousands upon thousands of success stories, and has major connections in every realm of the entertainment industry.

Oh god, were to start with this horseshit. According to YOUR OWN ADMISSION. Your Hench woman Melissa Jester (who will get her own blog entry on here soon enough as she has chosen to aid and abet with you) chose to respond to my review. THEREFORE Melissa Jester started a "conversation with me"

And out of who's asshole did we pull the word "Threatening" from? Here let me post my email to Melissa. I want you to point out where exactly I made threats.

Thank you for putting all of your private information such as your phone number on there. REALLY smart move.....

Although I won't go as low as your boss Fomkin and release it just as he did with Joshua's information. But I will name and expose you as an accomplice who aided and abetted these criminals. I will give you an opportunity since you are young and being used by these people since you are mostly likely just trying to make a place for yourself in this world. Wrong choice of employers kid. When they are either finally shutdown and exposed (or better yet that and in jail.) They won't make good references for your resume for any future jobs. 

I suggest you walk away from It Factor, there is already enough evidence on my blog that makes It Factor look REALLY bad. If the cyber bullying of Joshua Dudley and the homophobic remarks aren't convincing enough for people. the court document of your labor law violations will be. Since you are young, If you leave them, I won't name you as an accomplice. 

Or you can reject my offer and go forward this email to Michael Fomkin whom has already given your company SUCH a good name with his homophobic and idiotic comments on my blog...

They are both criminals and YOU know it. Eventually criminals do get caught... Just remember that.

As for exposing her as an accomplice, that wasn't a threat, that was a promise. Me offering her a chance to walk away was an act of MERCY. After The Masked Vigilante decided to make a fake Facebook fan page, using the Zorro identity, again, The It Factor Productions contacted Zorro Productions, Inc. about its cyber stalker/terrorist using the likeness of Zorro.

Labor Law Violations.

Considering working for Alycia Kaback? Read this first!

I love how Alycia and her little party pals *Cough Brandi Lukas* are trying to claim my blog is "defamation" and "slander." considering the fact there is plenty of evidence on this blog to back up my claims against Alycia Kaback and Mr. Fomkin.

This is one of those cases and this time I have the United States court system to back me up. I have found several court documents where Alycia Kaback and Michael Fomkin violate labor laws. I shall link these documents, but they are long reads filled with all kinds of lawyer words, But don't you worry, I know how to speak lawyer!!!! (Somewhat) So I will translate these for you. This is what its like to work for these two headcases.

According to the facts set forth in the Complaint, Plaintiff Samantha Schneider
commenced employment with Defendant IT Factor Productions (“IT Factor”) on September 4,
2012. (Compl. ¶ 6.) During her first four weeks of employment, Plaintiff was classified as being
in “training,” essentially receiving no compensation, despite working twenty-three of twenty-five
days during the period from September 4, 2012 to September 28, 2012. (Id. ¶ 7.) Defendant IT
Factor did not pay Plaintiff the legally-prescribed minimum hourly wage. (Id. ¶ 8.)

If you don't feel like reading lawyer talk. She went 23 days with no pay under the bullshit pretense of "training period." Sorry assholes, that violates labor laws! Oh, but the fun doesn't stop there, this story gets MUCH better. Well better for me and you the reader anyway, It won't be better for Alycia, Fomkin, and their band of dingleberries as this will completely ruin their companies reputation which I think will be FUNNY! Let us continue!

As of September 29, 2012, Plaintiff was placed on IT Factor’s payroll. (Id. ¶ 9.) At the
time of her hiring, she was not advised that she would be expected to work more than forty hours
per week. (Id. ¶ 10.) From September 29, 2012 to the last date of her employment on January18, 2013, however, there were numerous weeks in which Plaintiff was forced to work more than
forty hours per week without receiving overtime pay at the rate of one and a half times her
regular rate for each hour over forty which she worked per week. (Id. ¶ 11.) In addition, she was
required to travel to an office location one hour away from her home, sit in a small interior
windowless office with three other employees, and work long hours, six days per week. (Id. ¶
12.) Anytime she left her desk, even to use the bathroom or get food, she was admonished by IT
Factor’s management, including President and Chief Executive Officer Alycia Kaback and
Plaintiff’s immediate supervisor Michael Fomkin. (Id. ¶ 13.)

OUCH! 40 hours per week in a small windowless office with no overtime pay (also against labor laws) with fat fuck Fomkin and Alycia Kabitch yelling at you anytime you need to take a piss. Lets move on!

Plaintiff was advised that she had to contact and sign up an unachievable number of
people as “talent,” which caused her to work long hours. (Id. ¶ 16.) Although she was given

various job titles, she never had any management responsibilities. (Id. ¶ 17.) 

Next time someone from It Factor tells you who they are, and what their job title is, don't believe them.....

On numerous occasions, Plaintiff complained about the working conditions to
management and questioned the lack of overtime pay and the manner in which she was being
compensated. (Id. ¶ 14.) Each time, Plaintiff was advised that she would be “promoted” soon
and that she was being paid in accordance with the law. (Id. ¶ 15.) In addition, every time she
attempted to address pay issues, she was forced to deal with even more onerous work conditions. 
(Id. ¶ 19.) Over time, the intolerable work conditions started to affect Plaintiff’s health. (Id.)
When Plaintiff addressed this situation with Michael Fomkin, he told her that if she did not like
it, then leave. (Id. ¶ 20.) As of January 2013—a point at which Plaintiff was one of IT Factor’s
longest tenured employees—the work conditions and hours had become increasingly intolerable
2and she again addressed the situation with Fomkin, who again advised her to leave if she did not
like it. (Id. ¶ 21–22.) As Plaintiff needed to make a living, however, she continued to endure the
work conditions. (Id. ¶ 23.)

Here are the cliff notes for this one. Since they didn't pay her overtime, anytime she brought this up, Michael and Alycia decided to be little slave masters and made the work conditions more intolerable on purpose. 

On January 18, 2013, Plaintiff’s last day of employment with IT Factor, Defendant
Kaback came into the area where Plaintiff was working and screamed, “Get off the phone now.” 
(Id. ¶ 24.) Kaback then brought Plaintiff to her office where Fomkin screamed at the top of his
lungs, saying that he bugged Plaintiff’s phone, that she did not sound positive, and that she was
bringing the company down with how negative she was. (Id. ¶ 25.) Fomkin then said he “wasn’t
firing” Plaintiff, but she had to take four days off and, if she wanted her job back, she had to
email him 2,000 words explaining why he should let her keep her job. (Id. ¶ 27.) Plaintiff avers
that IT Factor had no intention of ever letting her work there in the future and the plan was to
claim that she resigned. (Id. ¶ 28.) Plaintiff also believes that Defendants’ actions were in direct
retaliation for her complaints about IT Factor’s policies, which constitute federal and state law
wage payment violations. (Id. ¶ 29.)

Michael and Alycia both go apeshit at her for no reason other than an attempt to force her to resign by bullying her. Oh god, I have never heard or seen them do that before..... Its not like these two have a HISTORY of this.... Oh wait, thats right. THEY BOTH DO! On 3 other fucking occasions! Now onto the BEST part.

AND NOW, this 9 day of December, 2013, upon consideration of Defendant Alycia
Kaback’s Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 4) and Plaintiff Samantha Schneider’s Response
(Docket No. 5), it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED. All Defendants shall file
their Answers to the Complaint with twenty (20) days from the date of this Order.

It is so ORDERED.

To Samantha; thank you for having the courage to stand up to these bullies and take them to court.

It Factor Productions Commits Identity Theft.

In another epic display of stupidity, Alycia Kaback, the poster lady for "women's empowerment", her cohort Michael Fomkin, and their little party pals continue to incriminate themselves even further by opening an impostor account of Joshua Dudley on yelp. As it will most likely be flagged down, I have saved a screen capture of it. I have also forwarded this to Mr Dudley himself who is building a case against these folks.

So who made the account? Who knows, but my bets are on Fomkin as he has a HISTORY of mischief.

To all of the people who are actually buying into It Factor's bullshit story of being "cyber bullied." Let this be proof of how hypocritical they are and how low they will stoop. This is the level of "professionalism" you can expect from Alycia Kaback.

UPDATE! You all owe me money on my bet! It was Fomkin, here he is twirling his little villain mustache at the news of this. Pay up people!

We live in a day and age where bigotry and discrimination is becoming uncivilized. Unfortunately there are still ignorant minded people who would promote hate. Alycia Kaback, Michael Fomkin and It Factor Productions are those people. I had Josh screen capture the emails these people sent to them. Watch as Director of New Buisness Michael Fomkin makes anti gay/homophobic remarks. Let us waste no time and begin.

This is going to be a REALLY long entry and a follow up to "Alycia Kaback and Michael Harass one of their ex clients" as this all transpired after that initial blog entry. Lets start with the latest. Alycia Kaback herself made a vain attempt to defend the public image of her company on Yelp. After I posted screencaptures of her hypocrisy, she removed her post in embarrassment, however I saved it.

Funny enough, IT Factor Productions Henchwoman Brandi Lynn Lukas wrote a blog proclaiming victory over Yelp and the "Cyber bully" (me, the Vigilante) that Alycia Kaback bravely posted on the yelp page and vanquished the evil! Funny enough it was all in vain as she later removed it. I even love how she tries (and fails) miserably to defend Kaback's legitimacy by comparing the age of both our yelp accounts.

The entire blog is now useless as your "brave, and fearless leader" removed her post after I commented. Now lets get onto Mr Fomkin's deeds.

Michael went on a complete rampage on Facebook and this blog itself soon after its creation he later deleted most of his comments, No worries though I saved them. It is going to be very hard for these two to build a "cyber bullying case" after this. So lets take a look at how "Professional" their Director of New Business acts.

Its funny these people try to go out of their way to claim their business is not a scam, and yet they can't even be honest about the salary their employees will get in their craigslist postings. I love how we go from making 46k a year to 78k a year in a days worth of time. That's right these people are literally making up the salary numbers. I also love how they are using the trademarks of several high end companies too. I really hope you dingle berries got permission to use those. Trademark/copyright infringement is a federal offense you know.

Watch as these two little hyenas laugh like jackals with each other at the expense of this kid. They go on to post his private information and make slanderous remarks.

What would two criminal masterminds be without their accomplices? Oh yes they have minions. When most of their employees find out what It Factor Productions really is and the nature of the two nut jobs running it, they usually leave with a sour taste in their mouth. But there will always be the handful of morally bankrupt people who will continue to aid and abet these frauds. Unfortunately for them like every ridiculous and cliche Hollywood film, their underlings are pretty dimwitted and unreliable. I'm talking "Home Alone" stupid where Harry and Marv try to pry an an already open door with a crowbar. Since there are probably going to be more of these people running out into the open with their pants around their ankles; I'm going to make this "Part 1." Lets start with our first Darwin award winner.

They literally became Facebook friends a few hours ago. Congratulations kid, your climbing the corporate ladder!

This man came out of the wood work by responding to my craigslist ad which warns everyone that It Factor is a fraud. This so called "videographer" has been defending these fraudsters for awhile from as early as 2010 I'm going at least try not to make any racial stereotype jokes in this one. (Oh its tempting.)

The funny part is, he gloated to me that he covered several of their events where they had somebody who I don't know about (or care about) for that matter speak there. So I decided to check out his "professional" website. what follows next is hilarious.

He created his website back in 2009 as evidenced by the copyright, and since then he has never updated his "About Me" section. That is right, for 5 years he has been using the default template that came with his "free website" He never changed it or updated it. This is the digital equivalent of writing your resume on rolling paper. Folks this is who Michael hires to do all of his "professional" video editing jobs.

Oh no I'm not making this shit up, here is the email I got from this clown.

Make note of this people: Alycia and Michael can't get anyone reputable to work for them so they get nobodies like these two. You'd think for a company that 'supposedly' works with celebrities they would have actual professionals doing their graphic design, photography and videography work. But no, they have to prove even further that they are indeed a scam.
