Alyciakabackscam Debunked

As many of my readers have probably figured out. I am not the first who has taken it upon themselves to expose these people. There are many other articles and even blogs that other people have set up or wrote to expose Alycia and Michael for their crimes. In order to combat criticism and the facts. Alycia and Michael's defensive strategy is to set up countless disinformation sites, the most prominent of these disinformation sites is Alyciakabackscam.com. I wasn't going to bother doing a blog post about how much they bullshit on this site. But since they have been giving me all of this attention (I feel loved!) I'm going to tear this site apart for your entertainment as well as my own. Lets get started!

As you may have followed, The It Factor Productions and its employees have been subject to cyber bullying for the past couple of weeks.

As cyber stalkers don’t get the attention they’re looking for, they become more desperate and more aggressive for attention. As always, if it ever escalates to this level, police should be contacted.

Oh you are giving me plenty of attention alright! Go ahead, contact the police! Oh, thats right! You're not going to. As there is plenty of evidence on my page that not only implicates you in criminal action, But also showcases YOU committing the act of "cyber bullying" and even "cyber terroism" with your impostor account of Joshua Dudley. 

Lets take a trip down memory lane shall we?

Alycia Kaback making defamatory and slanderous statements that WOULD get her implicated if Josh ever decides to take her to small claims court for defamation of character.

So yeah, you won't be forwarding my blog to the authorities anytime soon. No seriously, I double dare you! Lets move on.

Additional Fake Accounts on Yelp

As you may have read here, The Masked Vigilante’s Yelp account was flagged and removed for being a fake account that posted harassing reviews that redirected to a hate site. The Masked Vigilante strikes again, only this time, as a number of fake dog accounts.

You don't like doggies? That's a damn shame because I like doggies. No worries we'll keep playing with more doggies on yelp.

As you can see, the business owner of the page responded cordially to the situation, yet informative to the situation. Unfortunately, her responses lead to The Masked Vigilante to contact her personally.

Threatening Emails to More Employees

The Masked Vigilante took it to another level, by not only creating more fake accounts, but by contacting another employee, but this time, more aggressive than in the past.

Clearly, The Masked Vigilante is misguided and uninformed about The It Factor Productions, which has created thousands upon thousands of success stories, and has major connections in every realm of the entertainment industry.

Oh god, were to start with this horseshit. According to YOUR OWN ADMISSION. Your Hench woman Melissa Jester (who will get her own blog entry on here soon enough as she has chosen to aid and abet with you) chose to respond to my review. THEREFORE Melissa Jester started a "conversation with me"

And out of who's asshole did we pull the word "Threatening" from? Here let me post my email to Melissa. I want you to point out where exactly I made threats.

Thank you for putting all of your private information such as your phone number on there. REALLY smart move.....

Although I won't go as low as your boss Fomkin and release it just as he did with Joshua's information. But I will name and expose you as an accomplice who aided and abetted these criminals. I will give you an opportunity since you are young and being used by these people since you are mostly likely just trying to make a place for yourself in this world. Wrong choice of employers kid. When they are either finally shutdown and exposed (or better yet that and in jail.) They won't make good references for your resume for any future jobs. 

I suggest you walk away from It Factor, there is already enough evidence on my blog that makes It Factor look REALLY bad. If the cyber bullying of Joshua Dudley and the homophobic remarks aren't convincing enough for people. the court document of your labor law violations will be. Since you are young, If you leave them, I won't name you as an accomplice. 

Or you can reject my offer and go forward this email to Michael Fomkin whom has already given your company SUCH a good name with his homophobic and idiotic comments on my blog...

They are both criminals and YOU know it. Eventually criminals do get caught... Just remember that.

As for exposing her as an accomplice, that wasn't a threat, that was a promise. Me offering her a chance to walk away was an act of MERCY. But I do intend to expose her now as an accomplice along with anyone else I catch participating in your criminal activities. She will be featured in the upcoming "Meet the Henchmen: Part 2." After The Masked Vigilante decided to make a fake Facebook fan page, using the Zorro identity, again, The It Factor Productions contacted Zorro Productions, Inc. about its cyber stalker/terrorist using the likeness of Zorro.

I find it hilarious when Alycia Kaback and her goons make legal threats towards people when they clearly have no comprehension of Copyright laws. Not surprising considering they already fail at comprehending defamation/slander laws. 

Considering the fact that I'm not PROFITING off of the likeness of Zorro, I am not violating any laws. It was just a nice little picture I found on google images that I decided to use as my cover photo on facebook. By you're retarded understanding of copyright laws MICHAEL FOMKIN CAN BE SUED FOR DOING EXACT SAME FUCKING THING IF COPYRIGHT LAW ADHERED TO YOUR BULLSHIT! Oh, and Michael. I am very flattered that you love me enough to put up a Zorro picture, and later a doggy picture. I am touched!
