It Factor Productions Commits Identity Theft.

In another epic display of stupidity, Alycia Kaback, the poster lady for "women's empowerment", her cohort Michael Fomkin, and their little party pals continue to incriminate themselves even further by opening an impostor account of Joshua Dudley on yelp. As it will most likely be flagged down, I have saved a screen capture of it. I have also forwarded this to Mr Dudley himself who is building a case against these folks.

So who made the account? Who knows, but my bets are on Fomkin as he has a HISTORY of mischief.

To all of the people who are actually buying into It Factor's bullshit story of being "cyber bullied." Let this be proof of how hypocritical they are and how low they will stoop. This is the level of "professionalism" you can expect from Alycia Kaback.

UPDATE! You all owe me money on my bet! It was Fomkin, here he is twirling his little villain mustache at the news of this. Pay up people!

We live in a day and age where bigotry and discrimination is becoming uncivilized. Unfortunately there are still ignorant minded people who would promote hate. Alycia Kaback, Michael Fomkin and It Factor Productions are those people. I had Josh screen capture the emails these people sent to them. Watch as Director of New Buisness Michael Fomkin makes anti gay/homophobic remarks. Let us waste no time and begin.

Let us spread this wide and far! Hey Alycia, you might want to pass on your own advice to Michael and yourself. Be very careful what you write, private or public. This is going to be a REALLY long entry and a follow up to "Alycia Kaback and Michael Harass one of their ex clients" as this all transpired after that initial blog entry. Lets start with the latest. Alycia Kaback herself made a vain attempt to defend the public image of her company on Yelp. After I posted screencaptures of her hypocrisy, she removed her post in embarrassment, however I saved it.

Funny enough, IT Factor Productions Henchwoman Brandi Lynn Lukas wrote a blog proclaiming victory over Yelp and the "Cyber bully" (me, the Vigilante) that Alycia Kaback bravely posted on the yelp page and vanquished the evil! Funny enough it was all in vain as she later removed it. I even love how she tries (and fails) miserably to defend Kaback's legitimacy by comparing the age of both our yelp accounts.

The entire blog is now useless as your "brave, and fearless leader" removed her post after I commented. Now lets get onto Mr Fomkin's deeds.

Michael went on a complete rampage on Facebook and this blog itself soon after its creation he later deleted most of his comments, No worries though I saved them. It is going to be very hard for these two to build a "cyber bullying case" after this. So lets take a look at how "Professional" their Director of New Business acts.

It Factor/VIP Connect lies about their base salary.

Its funny these people try to go out of their way to claim their business is not a scam, and yet they can't even be honest about the salary their employees will get in their craigslist postings. I love how we go from making 46k a year to 78k a year in a days worth of time. That's right these people are literally making up the salary numbers. I also love how they are using the trademarks of several high end companies too. I really hope you dingle berries got permission to use those. Trademark/copyright infringement is a federal offense you know.

I find it hilarious that these two claim to be strong opponents against cyber bullying and yet they will conduct it themselves. Here is proof of their hypocrisy.

When Alycia and Michael FINALLY got the hint that I'm not Dudley, like rats leaving a sinking ship they immediately deleted all of their posts. But no worries. I saved them. Watch as these two little hyenas laugh like jackals with each other at the expense of this kid. They go on to post his private information and make slanderous remarks.

What would two criminal masterminds be without their accomplices? Oh yes they have minions. When most of their employees find out what It Factor Productions really is and the nature of the two nut jobs running it, they usually leave with a sour taste in their mouth. But there will always be the handful of morally bankrupt people who will continue to aid and abet these frauds. Unfortunately for them like every ridiculous and cliche Hollywood film, their underlings are pretty dimwitted and unreliable. I'm talking "Home Alone" stupid where Harry and Marv try to pry an an already open door with a crowbar. Since there are probably going to be more of these people running out into the open with their pants around their ankles; I'm going to make this "Part 1." Lets start with our first Darwin award winner.

Hilariously enough I don't see "It Factor Productions" on her resume. You might want to fix that kid before ol' Mikey notices.

I was going to give this poor girl a chance to "walk away" from these frauds but at least this washed up graphic arts failure has earned herself a promotion by forwarding my email to Michael. They literally became Facebook friends a few hours ago. Congratulations kid, your climbing the corporate ladder!

This man came out of the wood work by responding to my craigslist ad which warns everyone that It Factor is a fraud. This so called "videographer" has been defending these fraudsters for awhile from as early as 2010 I'm going at least try not to make any racial stereotype jokes in this one. (Oh its tempting.)

The funny part is, he gloated to me that he covered several of their events where they had somebody who I don't know about (or care about) for that matter speak there. So I decided to check out his "professional" website. what follows next is hilarious.

He created his website back in 2009 as evidenced by the copyright, and since then he has never updated his "About Me" section. That is right, for 5 years he has been using the default template that came with his "free website" He never changed it or updated it. This is the digital equivalent of writing your resume on rolling paper. Folks this is who Michael hires to do all of his "professional" video editing jobs.

Oh no I'm not making this shit up, here is the email I got from this clown.

Make note of this people: Alycia and Michael can't get anyone reputable to work for them so they get nobodies like these two. You'd think for a company that 'supposedly' works with celebrities they would have actual professionals doing their graphic design, photography and videography work. But no, they have to prove even further that they are indeed a scam.

This is the front woman for Fomkin's operation. She writes the checks and keeps Fomkin smoking cigars on his yacht. This woman is just as guilty as Michael. Let me start by saying that this woman is a bully. Despite claiming to be a strong opponent against "cyber bullying" Alycia and her employees *cough* goons love to harass people who don't agree with them. Here are some examples.
